Drop me a message—text, email, or DM. Tell me what you've got (brand, year, what's wrong). I'll give you a projected estimate right away.

• Pack it up

Use whatever box you like—just make sure it's snug with plenty of bubble wrap. Add our repair form below with your name, phone, and what needs fixing. I recommend USPS Priority Mail small flat rate boxes with tracking and insurance—It's less than $15 and comes with $100 in base insurance but can be raised to any amount you’d like. If you're local we can do curbside pickup at no extra cost!

• I take it from here

When it arrives, you'll get a quick email or text: "Hey John, your '57 Omega Seamaster just arrived—serial matches, case looks great." Then I log it, photograph it, and start work. Check my reviews, communication is key— I provide updates every step of the way.

• Back to you

Once it's ticking properly again, I send another email: "John, your Omega is serviced, cleaned, timed, & ready to wear." You pay (PayPal, Venmo, or card), I ship insured Priority with signature. If you're local, we can do curbside—no mail needed.
